Located in the east of Montreal, Cégep Marie-Victorin is a recognized public higher education establishment which offers quality training in a learning environment, human and eco-responsible. Staff members are fully involved in the educational success of some 3,800 students who attend one of the 23 study programs offered to regular education. CEGEP is surrounded by magnificent green spaces in an urban, modern and unique environment, all supported by a suburban structure with university campus, thus promoting a strong feeling of belonging to its study program.

Neighborhood life : Montréal-Nord offers a welcoming living environment for young people and families and seniors. The Rivière des Prairies flows all along the territory and offers an exceptional panorama. There is also a vast network of daycare services, primary and secondary schools, and a CEGEP nearby. The properties there are among the most affordable in town. The rich cultural diversity and the spirit of solidarity of the people make it a warm living environment.

Hidden secret : The riverside strip of Boulevard Gouin includes several old rural houses of great heritage interest, such as the Drouin-Xénos house and the Brignon-Dit-Lapierre house, classified as historic monuments. There are more than twenty village, resort and urban houses from the 19th century.
